  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at support@skinala.us within 5 days of delivery. Provide:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you in such cases.

  2. Once approved, ship the product to the return address we provide.

5. Refunds
